My work is about humanity. About what is left when you peel back all the layers and masks. Who we are when no one’s looking. When we quietly hum to ourselves while doing the dishes or our inner monologue during a city stroll. I love talking to you until we get past the small talk and I find out what you ache for, what moves you beyond belief.
And when I find out, that’s what moves me. I get emotional when I see passion, however small. I find romance in every gesture and glance, in your fingers that tap arrhythmically on the table and the sigh you’re sure nobody heard. Don’t worry. Your story is safe with me. It’s safe, because I made it mine too.
